Welcome to Garvi Vaarso. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and attendance at the Garvi Vaarso 2026 festival (held from 11th–20th October 2026 at Shagun Farm, Surat). By accessing our website or purchasing a ticket, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

1. Ticketing & Entry

  • Ticket Validity: Tickets/passes purchased are valid only for the designated dates, timings, and categories specified during booking.
  • Non-Transferable: Entry passes, wristbands, or QR codes are strictly non-transferable and non-exchangeable once issued. Misuse of passes may lead to confiscation without refund.
  • Age and Identity Proof: Attendees may be required to present a valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar, PAN, Voter ID, Driving License) along with their entry pass at the venue gates.
  • Right of Admission Reserved: The organizers (SD Events LLP) reserve the right of admission to the venue. Entry may be refused or revoked to any individual violating decorum, found intoxicated, or posing a security threat.

2. Event Rules & Code of Conduct

  • Traditional Dress Code: To preserve the soul of traditional Garba, appropriate traditional attire is strongly encouraged and enforced for participants entering the main dance arena.
  • Prohibited Items: Bringing outside food, beverages, alcohol, illegal substances, gutkha, weapons, sharp objects, fireworks, or professional recording equipment inside the venue is strictly prohibited.
  • Security Check: All attendees are subject to mandatory security screening and baggage checks at the entrance gates.
  • Behavior: Harassment, eve-teasing, rowdy behavior, or damage to venue property (Shagun Farm infrastructure, decor, or stalls) will lead to immediate expulsion from the premises and potential legal action.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including logos, text, graphics, images, video elements, and layout design—is the exclusive property of SD Events LLP and protected under copyright laws. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

4. Limitation of Liability

  • Garvi Vaarso, SD Events LLP, management teams, and venue owners shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, damage, theft of personal belongings, or health complications incurred by attendees during the event.
  • In the event of cancellation or postponement due to force majeure events (natural disasters, severe weather conditions, government restrictions, pandemic mandates, or orders from civic authorities), the organizers’ liability is limited as specified in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Surat, Gujarat.
