Return and Cancellation Policy

Thank you for purchasing tickets for Garvi Vaarso 2026 hosted by SD Events LLP at Shagun Farm, Surat.

1. Ticket Cancellations and Refunds by Customer

• All Sales are Final: Once a ticket or pass for Garvi Vaarso has been successfully purchased and confirmed, it is strictly non-cancellable, non-refundable, and non-transferable.
• We do not issue refunds or credits for unused tickets, failure to attend the event, or personal scheduling conflicts.

2. Event Cancellation, Rescheduling, or Alterations

• Rescheduling: If the event dates (11th–20th October 2026) or timings are altered due to unforeseen circumstances, your original tickets will automatically remain valid for the rescheduled dates.
• Complete Cancellation: If the event is entirely cancelled by the organizers without a rescheduled date due to circumstances beyond our control (Force Majeure – including acts of God, extreme weather warnings, government lockdowns, or public safety mandates), the refund eligibility will be determined by SD Events LLP based on operational feasibility, minus applicable gateway transaction fees.
